Our Services

  • Osteopathy is a healthcare approach that looks at the whole body, focusing on problems with muscles and joints. It uses hands-on techniques to ease pain, improve movement, and help the body heal naturally. Osteopaths check posture, joint movement, and muscle health to create treatments for issues like back pain, sports injuries, and ongoing pain. This gentle therapy helps balance the body’s structure and function, supporting health and recovery.

  • Orchard House Clinic is proud to announce the opening of our new rehab gym space, specifically designed for individuals who are about to undergo or have recently undergone surgery. This dedicated facility provides a controlled, supportive environment where patients can engage in tailored rehabilitation programs under expert supervision. Effective rehabilitation is crucial in post-surgical recovery as it helps restore strength, improve mobility, reduce pain, and prevent complications. Early and consistent rehab significantly enhances surgical outcomes, promoting faster healing and a quicker return to daily activities. Our multidisciplinary team is committed to guiding each patient through their recovery journey with personalized care and evidence-based therapies.

  • Offering sports massage, and personal training as integrated services plays a critical role in helping individuals meet their health goals and maintain consistent progress. Sports therapy/massage focuses on the prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of sports-related injuries, ensuring that the body recovers efficiently and safely. It improves circulation, reducing muscle tension, and promoting faster recovery after intense physical activity. Regular massage can decrease soreness and stiffness, allowing for improved flexibility and range of motion, which are essential for sustained physical training and injury prevention.

Personal training, on the other hand, provides tailored exercise programs designed to meet specific fitness and health objectives. A personal trainer monitors technique, progression, and motivation, ensuring workouts are effective and aligned with individual goals. This targeted approach not only accelerates results but also reduces the risk of injury by emphasizing proper form and appropriate workload.

  • Mental health is a crucial component of overall well-being, influencing how we think, feel, and handle stress. At Orchard House Clinic, we recognize the importance of supporting mental health alongside physical health. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including psychotherapy, counselling & hypnotherapy, designed to address various mental health challenges. Our multidisciplinary approach ensures that each individual receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs, promoting balance and resilience for a healthier, more fulfilling life.

  • Whether it’s wellness coaching or relationship mediation, these services contribute significantly to complete wellness. Wellness coaching supports individuals in achieving their personal health goals, promoting balanced lifestyle changes, and enhancing overall well-being. Relationship mediation addresses interpersonal conflicts, fostering healthier communication and emotional harmony.

  • 5 Elements Acupuncture

The Five Elements acupuncture system is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) approach that focuses on balancing the body's fundamental energies through the interplay of five key elements: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water. Each element corresponds to specific organs, emotions, seasons, and physiological functions, creating an interconnected framework for diagnosis and treatment.

    • Wood: Associated with the liver and gallbladder, Wood governs growth, creativity, and planning. It relates to the season of spring and emotions like anger and frustration.

    • Fire: Connected to the heart and small intestine, Fire represents warmth, joy, and dynamism. It corresponds to summer and emotions such as excitement and love.

    • Earth: Governs the spleen and stomach, Earth is linked with nourishment, stability, and grounding. It aligns with late summer or the transitional periods between seasons, affecting emotions like worry and pensiveness.

    • Metal: Corresponding to the lungs and large intestine, Metal governs structure, order, and clarity. It relates to autumn and emotions such as grief and letting go.

    • Water: Associated with the kidneys and bladder, Water signifies fluidity, conservation, and wisdom. It matches the winter season and emotions like fear and calmness.

In Five Elements acupuncture, practitioners assess imbalances by observing physical symptoms, emotional states, and pulse and tongue diagnosis. Treatment involves stimulating specific acupuncture points to restore harmony among the elements, promoting physical health and emotional well-being. This holistic approach addresses both the root causes and manifestations of illness, supporting long-term recovery and balance.
